Recently, the National Energy Administration released several sets of data in the first half of the year: over 1 trillion yuan, the national energy key projects to complete the investment increased by 23.9% year-on-year; The new installed capacity of renewable energy accounted for 77% of the total installed power generation capacity. This has doubled in half a year, and the installed capacity of new energy storage units put into operation is about 8.63 million kilowatts / 17.72 million KWH, which is equivalent to the cumulative installed capacity of the previous years.
Dong Wancheng, deputy director of the Development Planning Department of the National Energy Administration, introduced that in the first half of the year, the ability to guarantee energy supply has been steadily improved, the transformation of energy green and low carbon has been accelerated, and the national energy supply and demand is generally stable and orderly.
The daily crude oil production of Bohai hundred million tons oil field group exceeded 8,000 tons, the first phase of Ningxia Zhongwei "Shagehuang" base project was connected to the grid at full capacity, and the Baihetan - Zhejiang UHV DC project was put into operation at full capacity. Since the beginning of this year, our country has seen steady and orderly energy production and supply, and accelerated the construction of energy projects.
In the first half of the year, the domestic output of raw coal, crude oil and natural gas increased steadily, increasing by 4.4%, 2.1% and 5.4% respectively. China's installed power generation capacity reached 2.71 billion kilowatts, up 10.8% year on year; International prices of coal, crude oil and natural gas dropped markedly, down by 30 to 50 percent, and our country's energy imports grew rapidly.
At the same time, new breakthroughs have been made in the development of renewable energy, as the construction of large wind power and photovoltaic bases, major hydropower projects and pumped storage projects continue to advance. Up to the first half of the year, the installed capacity of renewable energy in the country broke through 1.3 billion kilowatts, reaching 1.322 billion kilowatts, an increase of 18.2%, exceeding coal power historically, accounting for about 48.8% of the total installed capacity in our country.
The total amount is increasing, the layout is optimizing, and the renewable energy is developing in the direction of high quality, such as centralized and distributed, onshore and offshore. In the first half of this year, a total of 22.99 million kilowatts of wind power were connected to the grid, including 21.89 million kilowatts of onshore wind power and 1.1 million kilowatts of offshore wind power. A total of 78.42 GW of photovoltaic power was connected to the grid, up 154% year on year, of which 37.46 GW was centralized photovoltaic power generation, up 234% year on year. Distributed photovoltaic power generation was 40.96 million kilowatts, up 108% year on year.
